Pragroshor’s vision is to provide mental health services for those survivors who are suffering from mental trauma and depression in various ways. As a feminist organization, Pragroshor thinks that it is very important to strengthen the Survivors mentally, especially women, adolescent girls, and transgender. Because they face various mental stress in their day-to-day life. They face domestic violence, eve-teasing, gender-based violence, social and economic obstacle, inequality, and so on. Pragroshor main motto is to prevent violence and ensure gender equity among all. By observing the value Pragroshor has organized mental health counseling camps in several times at its office premises. Usually, this event was arranged quarterly through one-to-one counseling session by using mobile phone and stress-relief management session including yoga, meditation, technique of relief mental stress.

Mental health counseling is such an event where survivors are eagerly including themselves and get counseling from the counselor. Nowadays, people can realize how much important to care about mental health and stress relief. Because if we do not get rid of this continuous tension, we could not do work properly and, couldn’t live a healthy life. It’s such as same important as like our physical health. People who do not care about her/ his mental health she/he may fall tremendous problems in their future life and activities. So, everybody should take care of her/his mental health properly. The main goal of this event is to realize people about this lesson so that, they can know about the importance of mental health as well as physical health. As it’s a social stigma that, people who are not feel mentally strong and stable like others she/he/they might be treated as an abnormal people in the society. They are acknowledging out of social culture, norms and values and their lives are unusually dominated by the so-called normal people. By addressing this social problem, Pragroshor took initiative to provide mental health counseling services to those people who have badly need this service for get rid of all submissive position which has been imposed to them.
