Intergenerational dialogues are interactive participatory forums that brings together older and younger generations and are intended to create shared knowledge, meaning, and a collective experience and to promote feminist principals. The goal is to gain a better understanding of each other and ultimately address challenges or barriers for both youth and seniors’ leaders /generations. The advantage of bringing the experience, wisdom and skills of different people, and different generations are priceless. The kind of collective intelligence and shared meaning among generations can help us to build peaceful and emphatic societies. But how we can go for that on a bigger scale? How to make seniors and young people spend more time together, and learn from each other, how to include mid-aged who are so busy today? It depends on people but we can also create an environment for more intergenerational dialogue. Therefore, intergenerational dialogue is as important as we think about our generational thought and sharing experiences which we can use in our day-to-day life learning process. As the main vision of inter-generational dialogue was not only to share the experiences of two generations but also to find out the root situation of intersexuality.  

Pragroshor organized inter-generational dialogue from the very beginning of their activities and this event already organized around 08 times till date.  Almost 500+ people joined this event, participated, received the essence of feminism, gender role of society, patriarchal discrimination, women’s empowerment, social and political dynamics of women’s movement, youth participation in movement, advocacy and protest rally and so on.
